Plastic waste drinks bottles are creatively reused in this decorative lighting range. The bottles are collected, cleaned, sandblasted and then transformed into beautiful, decorative shapes. They are then screwed into the inner shade which is made from recycled card and secured with their own bottle top. It is estimated that only 5.5% of plastic drinks bottles are recycled in the UK. So these lights aim to do something creative with them and overall save a few bottles from the landfill sites. All lights are handmade in the UK. |
