All lighting products are supplied with a suitable energy saving light bulb and state the maximum wattage the shade can use. Some products may not be suitable for use with high wattage light bulbs, so if you wish to replace the bulb do so with the same or lower wattage bulb.

All products are designed and made in the UK. Each piece is handmade and tested accordingly in house, however our eco designs should be seen as art and must be treated and used as such. Every effort has been made to ensure that the products shown on the website and in any other literature are an accurate representation of the products on sale, however due to the use of reclaimed and recycled materials products may vary slightly from images. 

Do you know what curiosity did to the cat?!  Please do not try to take apart your eco lampshade as you may not be able to put it back together and please note that products are not returnable.

All products are handmade so please allow for slight variations between each product. 

The majority of the materials of each product are reclaimed, recycled or reused. Products may on occasion contain new components that are necessary for construction.

Until payment has been made, no contract will exist between the customer and Sarah Turner Eco Art & Design. Delivery of products will not be made until full payment has been received and please note that products are not returnable.

Products are subject to availability. We keep a relatively limited stock of finished products and some are made to order. Bulk orders may require sourcing of waste materials therefore sufficient time should be allowed. We reserve the right to remove any product from our range at any time.

Products may be sold via third party stores so prices may vary. The amount you will be charged is the listed price at the time of order.

 

Delivery

Please allow up to three weeks for delivery as some products may need to be made to order. However we do keep a small stock of most products so often products can be dispatched straight away. Please feel free to contact us to ask about product availability or a more accurate delivery date. If the delivery is needed by a certain date please contact us specifying this and every effort will be made to fulfil your request. 

 

Payment

Products can be bought online securely through PayPal. You do not actually need a PayPal account to use the service, payment can be made using a credit or debit card. If you would prefer to pay by cheque or bank transfer then please contact us. Please note we can not take payments over the phone.
